Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Voidgear. This page explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

All products are made to order using print‑on‑demand fulfillment via our production partners. Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take longer; customers will be notified of significant delays by email. We currently ship to the United States. Orders are shipped with standard tracked services (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent carriers chosen by our fulfillment partners). Expedited shipping may not be available for all products or destinations due to print‑on‑demand production constraints.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and carrier rates. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes or duties will be shown at checkout where supported

United States: usually 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high‑volume seasons, which are outside our control. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as the order ships; please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has entered production; contact us within 12 hours of ordering for any modifications. If the carrier returns an order due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.  If the carrier returns an order due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee. For packages marked “delivered” but not received, customers should first check with neighbors/household and then contact the carrier; if still unresolved, email us and we’ll review case‑by‑case.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, depending on product availability. Because items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or buyer’s remorse; exceptions are made for quality or production issues only.
